It is nobodys fault that, a tanker had an accident and was spilling fuel.It is also nobodys fault that people were scrambling for the precious fluid oblivois of the danger. But the authorities innvloved should no better than to allow s situation like that to degenerate to deaths of more than 100 people. It is truly a very sad day for Kenya this week.
